The 63rd anniversary of the October 17, 1961

In commemoration of the 63rd anniversary of the October 17, 1961 protests, during which hundreds of Algerians were killed in Paris while participating in peaceful demonstrations, Batna 2 University organized a moment of silence to honor the souls of the noble martyrs. Attendees, including university officials, staff, and workers, gathered to express their solidarity and pride in the sacrifices made by these martyrs who fell in the struggle for freedom and dignity. The event served as an opportunity to remind current generations of what occurred and to emphasize the importance of remembering history and upholding the values of unity and justic
