The official launch of the awareness sessions on Ministerial Decree 1275 at the university level — On October 22, 2024, the scientific committee of the business incubator organized an awareness day on Ministerial Decree 1275 in the conference room of the central library at Batna 2 University. This event was part of the implementation of the awareness program developed by the National Coordination Committee for the Monitoring of Innovation and University Business Incubators. Dr. Makhtari Massoud delivered a lecture, followed by a Q&A session with faculty members and students, under the supervision of the Director of Batna 2 University, Professor Hassan Smadi.
