Offer of scholarships for doctoral studies at the University of Nouakchott – Modrnity Mouritania.

The Central Directorate for Higher Education at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the availability of a scholarship for preparing a PhD degree in Mauritania in specific fields, based on the decision issued on October 10, 2024.

Qualified students who are top of their classes among master’s or engineering graduates for the 2023-2024 academic year are eligible to apply. Each university must submit two application files (a main file and a backup file) before October 30, 2024.

The required documents are:

1. A copy of the master’s or engineering degree (2024 class).
2. Student ranking certificate.
3. A copy of the bachelor’s degree (not required for students from higher schools).
4. Transcripts for all university years.
5. Transcripts for the baccalaureate certificate.
6. A copy of the first page of the passport.

A digital copy of the application file must be submitted
