Reception of international students 2024-2025
During this school year, the university of Batna2-Mostefa Benboulaid has welcomed 23 new students from 07 countries. The students who have language problems were enrolled in the Intense Language School (Ceil) before starting their regular courses. Up till this year 2024-2025, the number of students pursuing their studies in different fields is as shown below.

Within the framework of the celebration of the welcome day in honor of international students, which falls on November 14 of each year and is part of Marhaba Day and the tag “Study in Algeria”, dinner was shared by all our international students to promote friendship and bridge the gaps between cultures.
Reception of international students 2021-2022
Along with the university’s vice-rectors, heads of institutes, faculties’ deans, and the director of college services, the rector of the University of Batna 2, Professor Hacene Semadi, received representatives of foreign students pursuing various disciplines at the university. The welcoming meeting allowed the officials to listen to the concerns of the foreign students. The university’s rector emphasized the university’s commitment to providing favorable conditions for their reception and comfortable pursuit of their studies. The goal is to ensure their integration into university life and create all necessary conditions for their academic development. Additionally, efforts are being made to improve their living conditions and provide full and immediate support for any issues they may face. In this regard, a second meeting was held with the foreign students at their campuses, aiming at getting to know them better and addressing their concerns.
