Call for Proposals for New Training Programs for the 2026-2025 Academic Year
As part of preparations for the 2026-2025 academic year and in anticipation of the ministerial circular regarding the registration and orientation of baccalaureate holders, session 2025, I am honored to request that you kindly instruct the universities under your jurisdiction to submit proposals for new training offers in Bachelor’s, Master’s, as well as in the State Engineer and Architect Engineer programs. Priority should be given to training offers in the field of Science and Technology. When submitting these proposals, the following criteria should be adhered to:
- Bachelor’s training offers that do not have a corresponding Master’s program.
- Master’s training offers that do not have a corresponding Bachelor’s program.
- Training offers within the framework of international cooperation or supervision.
- Training offers in new departments or programs, offering dual degrees or qualifications.
- It is essential to include two modules on artificial intelligence, programming, and their applications in each training offer, in line with the defined pedagogical program and hourly duration.
Regarding training offers in specializations related to the State Engineer program in the “Agronomical Sciences” field, as well as in the “Science and Technology” and “Computer Science” fields, it is necessary to:
- Provide professional field training sites and adequate technical infrastructure to ensure the integration of training internships, end-of-study internships, and insertion internships for students.
- Adhere to the minimum number of students allowed to register in each specialty (between 15 to 20 students).
- Avoid overlapping specialties in the State Engineer program with those already available at the Master’s level.
- Ensure the alignment of training programs, particularly those with the same specialization title.
Encouragement is given to fostering exchanges and mobility between universities as part of national academic mobility for students.
Training offers should be accompanied by a motivation letter signed by the Director of the university.
Training proposals must be submitted via the digital platform “https://progres.mesrs.dz/webive” between March 15 and 25, 2025.
