Announcement regarding the “Cosmos” Prize organized by the Bureau International des Expositions

Pursuant to the instructions received from the Office of the Prime Minister, specifically from the Governor of Algeria, at Expo 2025 Osaka,
The same exhibition that allocates the “Cosmos” Award to non-profit projects presented by individuals and institutions
and non-governmental organizations, and as an embodiment of the general slogan of Expo Osaka Kansai (Japan) for the year 2025 entitled
B “Innovating the future to improve the lives of communities” and its sub-topics, which include “Ensuring the sustainability of life”
“Improving lives” and “Enhancing lives through communication”

Two or three projects are requested to be nominated by research bodies, and then they are presented to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for nomination.

The award mentioned above

It is worth noting the importance of respecting the conditions in the projects proposed to obtain the award and filling out the nomination form in English and French.

In addition, this award, with a financial value of 20,000 euros, has been approved in all editions of Expo.
Established since 2008, as follows:– Expo 2015 Milan, which was organized under the slogan “Feeding the Planet: Energy for Life,” won the award
“A beneficial food system and a sustainable future for Haitian children” project by the NGO Sisal.
– Expo 2017 Astana The National University of Lesotho won the award for its initiative aimed at designing and building panels
Low-cost solar in line with the Expo slogan “Energy of the Future”.– Expo 2020 Dubai, the Namibian NAN/Ashko Si Foundation won the award for its research project in the field
Preserving the environment, entitled “Rapid Response Unit”, embodying the slogan of sustainability.
