The University of Batna 2 (UB2) informs all its international students of the establishment of a new office that deals with the affairs of international students. It specifically handles:
- The orientation of registrations (enrolments) and transfers.
- The follow-up files of the student’s academic and social life.
- Accompanying students throughout their academic career until obtaining the degree.
- Enabling students to purchase plane tickets to return to their home countries.
The office is one of the services of the Vice-Rectorate of External Relations and is located on the fourth floor of the UB2’s Rectorate in Fesdis. All foreign students should come to our office for registration with the following documents:
- Passport.
- Student card.
- Foreign resident card.
- Mobile phone contract.
- Enrollment or Reenrollment Certificate.
1- Accommodation
UB2 offers free-of-charge accommodation for more than 3,000 students with six buildings at the main campus which is spread over 20 hectares in Fesdis.
2- Food Service
In total, UB2 has three restaurants and three cafeterias. Two restaurants and a cafeteria are found in the main campus and a restaurant and cafeteria are located in the central campus. UB2’s restaurants offer daily service with more than 6,000 meals.
3- Transportation
UB2’s transportation service is run by the National Office of University Services. It offers mainly free-of-charge bus and train rides to all students. There are 74 buses that link the different parts of the campus and transfer students to other campuses in the main city.
